Why This Matters to Us
Michael Notbohm founded Legacy Book with a heartfelt mission: to capture the often-untold stories and lessons of our loved ones.
Inspired by his own parents, Michael realized the importance of preserving these invaluable memories. His late father had always been his hero—a Vietnam vet, a hardworking family man, and one of the most genuine people you'd ever meet. Yet many of his stories remain untold, not intentionally, but because they weren't always top of mind. This doesn't diminish their significance.
Michael's parents were married just shy of 55 years when his father passed, and the lessons of sustaining a marriage filled with love and devotion were rarely discussed in general conversation. These untold stories and lessons are what make Legacy Book so important.
